Are your Medical Certificates (MC) recognized?

Yes. Our doctors are fully licensed by the Singapore Medical Council and we issue Digital MCs (DigiMC) recognized by all Singapore employers and government agencies, as required under the Employment Act.

What is a Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD)?

A DWD is a doctor specially trained in occupational health and registered with both MOH and MOM. We manage work related injuries and monitor workers for effects of exposure to work hazards like loud noises, chemicals, heavy metals etc. If necessary, we will work with companies' workplace safety and human resource teams to ensure a safe work environment for workers.

What is a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)?

An LPA is a legal document that allows you to appoint one or more persons to make decisions and act on your behalf should you lose mental capacity. Our OPG-accredited doctors can certify this for you.

How long does medication delivery take?

For consultations completed before 6:00 PM, we can typically deliver medications within 3 hours island-wide. Delivery fees may apply.

Do you accept corporate insurance?

No. We remain independent of such contracts to ensure our doctors advocate only for your health. Depending on your health benefits, you may still be able to self pay first then claim reimbursement from your insurance provider or employer.
